- Clean Earwax Daily: Use the provided wax brush to gently wipe the receiver dome or earmould sound outlet before inserting it into your ear.
- Avoid Direct Water & Chemicals: Never wear your hearing aids in the shower, swimming pool, or while applying hairspray or face creams.
- Use Genuine Zinc-Air Batteries: Always remove the sticky protective tab and wait 1 full minute for oxygen activation before closing the battery door.
